StudentStartups.ai collects only the information needed to provide member resources, manage programs, deliver requested newsletters, respond to institutional inquiries, and process bookings.

Information we collect

This may include your email address, name, student or educator type, age band, institution, general region, venture stage, interests, goals, newsletter consent and delivery preferences, resource progress, cohort applications, and booking information. Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe and is not stored by StudentStartups.ai.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate members, deliver resources, newsletters, and program communications, manage email preferences, cohorts, and bookings, improve the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Age policy

Member accounts and newsletter subscriptions are currently intended for people age 13 and older. We do not knowingly create accounts or retain newsletter subscriptions for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so it can be removed.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, and payment providers. We retain information only while it is needed for the service, legitimate operational records, suppression preferences, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information by contacting [email protected].
